Each customer/household is entitled to only 1 free sample of our product. If a customer orders a sample more than once, regardless of the time interval, we will charge CHF 5.90 for the sample excluding shipping costs.
We would like to enable customers to test our products, but misuse will not be tolerated and will therefore be invoiced.
